What You'll Do:

• Own and drive Upgrade’s Mobile App evolution with new initiatives while working across different product lines.
• Define new App features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
• Optimize app releases, appstore management, and appstore ratings to maximize customer product adoption and ongoing app usage.
• Establish channel measurement and comparison metrics & KPI reporting for prospects, applicants, and customers.
• Analyze the impact of app features and define key metrics for success.

What We Look For:

• Significant expertise in Financial Services with consumer banking/payments Fintech preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with app store release adoption management and general optimization.
• Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders.
• Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and AB testing software.
• Understanding of Mobile design and development for mobile usability.
• Expertise in the application of key app technologies a plus including id verification, security biometrics, push notifications.
