We are looking for a Meetings Product Manager, focused on driving the end user experience for Zoom Meetings, with the right energy, competitive spirit, drive and ambition. This position involves building and maintaining core functionality for Zoom Meetings, while working with existing and new customers to create and improve the end user experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Define user experience pertaining to but not limited to:

  • In meeting features and functionality including but not limited to audio, video, screen share and additional advanced functionality

  • Post meeting experience

• Ability to work closely with customers, engineering and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience preferably in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization

• Previous experience with collaboration software

• Demonstrated data driven decision making skills

• Technical background is required, Engineering / CS degree a plus

• Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

• Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

• A proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

• Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
