The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building out and owning our new lien services platform to continuously analyze its usage and work with stakeholders and customers to improve its functionality. You will be dialed into both the customer digital experience and the back-office operations platform to help evolve one of the most critical products at Billd.

What You'll Do

  • Help build out our lien services business through scalable technology
  • Clearly define requirements and effectively communicate them to development teams
  • Manage and prioritize features and improvements to the customer-facing portal and back-office operations platform
  • Take products and features through ideation, concept testing, design, development, and launch
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand product usage and identify opportunities to innovate
  • Communicate the product strategy and roadmap to all key stakeholders
  • Drive the prioritization of features balancing the needs of the market, existing customers, and key internal stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in MIS, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years product management experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white-boarding, and presentation
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
  • Strong sense of responsibility; driving initiatives from inception to completion
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others, and get stuff done
  • Strong project planning, time management, and collaboration skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Salesforce experience a plus
