Product Manager of IT Application Technologies
Oversees a cross-functional applications team comprised of applications analysts as well as business process analysts. This position is responsible for planning and executing products as well as services across the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product as well as customer requirements, defining the product vision, and closely collaborating with institutional departments across campus. The Product Manager also acts to ensure that all services as well as products align with MCC's mission and strategic plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2. Five (5) years of related work experience in IT technologies, three (3) of which include supervisory experience to include coaching, performance management and team dynamics required.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Knowledge of ITIL or project management practices.
5. Experience in ERP systems, programming, database management, web development, CRM applications, and/or learning management systems a plus.
6. Experience in Higher Education a plus.
7. Experience with Ellucian products a plus.
8. Equivalent combination of education and related work experience considered.
