The Role

We have an ambitious roadmap to delight our customers and we are building a fully integrated AI/RPA focused payment platform. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating product management for a multitude of automation projects at Circulo. Additionally, you will work alongside developers to build solutions that provide innovative experiences.

What you’ll do

• Plan implementation timelines and the entire product life cycle
• Create, share, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Establish a user feedback loop, focused on using analytics and direct feedback to identify successes and failures
• Coordinate across teams to identify requirements for various candidate for process automation (CPA)
• Create documentation that is digestible across teams, specifically by engineers.
• A user first design approach, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
• Identify products that solve similar problems across industries and use their success / failures to influence technical decisions.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience, with strong conceptual thinking.
• Demonstrated experience with product management
• Expertise on continuous improvement and process automation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with other team members
• Healthcare experience with creative thinking is a plus!
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
