Product Manager (Integrations & Developer Experience)
Brandfolder, a Smartsheet company, is looking for a talented and motivated product manager to expand our impact as an established leader in Digital Asset Management. You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, including TripAdvisor and Slack and GettyImages clients, by building a product that makes company assets easily discoverable while surfacing strategic insights that help increase brand engagement. At our core, Brandfolder is brand-focused, crafts simple and intuitive experiences, and builds elegant and scalable solutions. On the product management team at Brandfolder, you will have the opportunity to bring value directly to the end user and to the organizations that leverage us. You will own our integration ecosystem and external developer experience, which enables our users to work wherever they need to while maintaining Brandfolder as their single-source of truth.
You may work remotely or in our Denver, CO office. For the state of Colorado, base salary range for this role to be between $105,000 and $135,000. You will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
You Will:
- Develop and own a product roadmap that delivers strategic value and better outcomes for our customers and Brandfolder
- Work directly with customers to discover and prioritize use cases and requirements for integration users and developers
- Take on an important cross-functional role in a collaborative and diverse environment, working closely with research, design and engineering to create simple and innovative solutions for our customers
- Analyze data and feedback to identify problem areas, opportunities, and measure success of prior initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure we’re effectively prioritizing, developing, and launching integrations and API documentation
- Develop technical documentation, API recipes, and other self-service support for our developer experience
You Have:
- 2+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B or B2C cloud experience
- 2+ years experience as a software development engineer (preferred)
- Experience taking a product from conception to market
- Experience building software products and developer relations, especially REST APIs and SDKs
- Experience analyzing business and usage data to understand usage patterns and priorities, SQL experience preferred
- Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers, developer experiences, and team collaboration
- Experience communicating directly with customers
- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" passion to work across multiple disciplines and all aspects of product development process to drive real results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
