ZoomInfo is looking for a Product Manager to join our outstanding Data Product Management Team. This position will be responsible for managing the development and prioritization of ZoomInfo’s internal algorithms that help ingest, normalize, and publish sales intelligence data. The person in this role will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our internal rules-based and data science algorithms are making decisions that result in the highest quality Sales Intelligence Data.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders to build and enhance internal data engineering algorithms
  • Manage feature prioritization by Impact and effort
  • Build a process to engage stakeholders across the organization to identify, prioritize, and build cases for new product opportunities
  • Work with development to groom and prioritize product requirements using agile process and methodology
  • Define and manage team work throughput based on project timelines
  • Facilitate acceptance testing feedback loop with internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements
  • Build business cases to propose feature and algorithm prioritization to executive stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
  • Research latest technology strategies and trends in our space
  • Create acceptance criteria and develop test cases to for QA validate 


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required, Masters preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Product Management or Product Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Understanding of rules-based algorithms, normalization problems, and automation systems
  • Team leadership and project management skills to keep complex product timelines on track
  • Ability to move fast and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in developing a dynamic high paced cross functional team environment
  • Discipline in enforcing an agile software development process (grooming, sprint planning) in a SaaS environment from concept through implementation and delivery, preferably using JIRA
  • High level understanding of ground truth data ingestion for use with Data Science models
  • Experience with data analysis or SQL in Snowflake, Solr, or Google Bigtable a plus
