Responsibilities

The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for helping the business grow by understanding customer's needs and working with technology partners to develop products that meet those needs and are aligned with IGT's business objectives. The Product Manager owns their assigned products throughout the product life-cycle.

This position can be 100% remote anywhere in the US.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals to both internal and external stakeholders.• Develop complete understanding of customers product needs• Convert market needs to functional requirements• Develops and maintains 1-3 year product roadmap• Work with the Technology teams to bring roadmap items to the market• Provide know-how and problem-solving advice to commercial and product marketing teams engaging with prospective customers, throughout the sales cycle• Maintain and manage R&D budget for assigned products• Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of product(s).• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Account Management to develop go-to-market strategy, define pricing and competitive positioning

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with a cross functional team of project managers, software developers, and testers. Our ideal candidates should combine a technical background with an interest in the Casino Industry.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a technology field• At least 3-4 years experience or equivalent, in product management or as a product owner• Customer first mind set• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Successful track record of developing products on time and on budget• Excellent attention to detail• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills• Creative and innovative thinker • In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
