• Own the identity and access management capabilities for the Zoom platform, ensuring that we are aligned with our long-term business and growth strategy

• Design cross platform identity for Zoom products (Meetings, Webinar, Phone, Chat, Zoom Apps...)

• Work with marketing to properly identify customers at signup for proper policy settings (COPPA, GDPR…)

• Work closely with our key customers to understand their requirements for authentication and authorization

• Translate business strategy into requirements and work closely with the Identity Management engineering teams to bring them to life.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the business needs around identity and make informed tradeoffs to best support business objectives

• Develop processes to discover, record, and prioritize the core identity problems Zoom is facing in privacy and security

• Develop processes to measure the value of different tracks of work

• Develop processes to track delivery and measure success after delivery

• Work with 3rd parties to integrate authentication and identity platforms 

• Tie compliance products to products that drive revenue or solve problems for other Zoom teams

• Advocate for compliance issues with leadership 

• Build roadmaps based on measurable value to the organization 

• Use success metrics after delivery to drive process and product change
