We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Identity and Access Management to join our Digital Strategy team.

  • Refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer identify and access manage (CIAM), including centralized entitlements across multiple customer-facing applications
  • Partner with other key leaders building the target state digital ecosystem to achieve broad goals including providing our customers with consolidated, consistent, modern and engaging experiences
  • Develop and maintain the feature and epic backlogs
  • Partner with technologists, affiliate banks and lines of business to ensure alignment and prioritize opportunities
  • Identify needed UX research, including customer experience journey mapping, to identify improvement opportunities and define target state vision
  • Partner with the agile product owner to ensure alignment with use case backlogs
  • Provide robust communication across the organization as appropriate
  • Support vendor assessment and technology/platform selection processes
  • Develop business cases and secure funding for opportunities, as needed
  • Define people and processes needed to effectively leverage planned capabilities


Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelors in business, information systems or related field and some working experience in product management, product analysis, design and development or other directly related experience.
  • Prefer 4+ years of technical product management or user experience (UX) or other directly related experience
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience working with customer identity access management platforms
  • Prefer 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry, ideally commercial and retail banking
  • Requires strong knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management and either technical product management or user experience research and design (aka UX R&D, human centered research and design, user centered design),
  • Able to define a vision and successfully engage diverse stakeholders on the journey to achieve the vision,
  • Ability to manage projects and think creatively,
  • Must have excellent judgment and communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems,
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused and able to think strategically
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
