Job Description

As a Product Manager I at Frost, you would:

• Team with stakeholders in setting product strategy to meet business and customer needs
• Collaborate with the product management team and stakeholders for a product area to create and maintain a product vision and prioritized product roadmap
• Work with support teams to understand solution architecture, operational impacts, and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements
• Communicate with management and product stakeholders to show product features
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

To be successful, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in product management with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services
• Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and create financially sound strategies
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Advanced knowledge of bank operations and financial solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

An exceptional candidate might have:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or in a related field
