The Opportunity:

As a member of our Product Team, you will focus on how to proactively address the needs of our customers. As an innovative & fast growing start up, we will look to you to help define the product features and work with our engineering team to ensure that our goals are met. In this high-impact role, you will also work closely with Designers, Financial Education, Marketing and other teams to drive our business forward.

You Will:

• Lead product development initiatives utilizing user and competitive research.
• Identify insights and drive opportunities to grow our business – connect with customers to understand their pain-points.
• Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal strategic initiatives and partner needs.
• Use research, internal and external feedback and data to identify meaningful problems we can solve for our customers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize scalable opportunities rooted in real customer needs
• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy to drive measurable growth for our business
• Deeply understand the “why” of each initiative and facilitate productive trade-off conversations as you maintain a product roadmap
• Communicate often and effectively with partner teams and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle
• Define success metrics for your initiatives, own the results, and iterate to improve

You Are:

• 3 - 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience partnering with engineering to build challenging technical products
• Ability to drive alignment with cross-functional teams
• Track record of driving outcomes and building experiences from the ground up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
