Product Manager, Growth Marketing & Measurement

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Measurement Product team. As the product owner of Growth Marketing & Measurement, you will lead our Growth Measurement & MarTech strategy rooted in a privacy-by-design approach. Working from our Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle office, you’ll collaborate with a team of engineers, data scientists, and growth marketers to build scalable & reliable measurement and optimization for our growth and marketing channels.
What you’ll do:
Define product roadmap, goals and results for your area
Understand risks to our business and deploy solutions for the future state of measurement in coordination with external partners (e.g. On-device solutions, SKAdNetwork, Mixed Media Modeling, etc.)
Develop long term MarTech stack to drive both internal growth levers and new advertiser opportunities
Work closely with Snap measurement engineering and external partner engineering to drive day-to-day execution against OKRs
Maintain and refine a measurement tech stack which informs Snap’s leadership team on the performance of our growth and marketing spending
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements (internal & external stakeholders), write specs, create workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
Influence ad partners and measurement service providers to develop new features on behalf of Snap
Identify new opportunities to increase user growth and revenue with measurement
Become a internal voice and representative for measurement-related products and future risks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to initiate projects, and execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively with minimal guidance
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, cross functional product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively with industry partners and influence third party outcomes
Exceptional analytical skills
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS in a technical area (computer science, mathematics, economics or similar) or equivalent industry experience
4+ years of product management, data science, or marketing experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Growth Marketing and/or Measurement technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
Experience handling privacy and regulatory implications
A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
Advanced understanding of statistical methodologies and/or cryptographic techniques
Experience with large data sets; BigTable, BigQuery and SQL
Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting to senior stakeholders and working with a large cross-functional team
Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
