About the team
The position is within the product office team that manages the card payments solutions for:
ATM/POS acquiring, transaction switching and the associated clearing of the transactions
Card management
eCommerce portal with appropriate 3DS authentication
Data warehouse for reporting, reconciliation, and chargeback/dispute management
Card and A2A network test simulators
What you will be doing
Primary responsibility will be the management of the team of product managers/owners for the delivery of road map solutions to the market on time and within budget.
Management and oversight of capital and operational expense connected to each product
Executive reporting on the products and their delivery
Point of contact for product information and support from all internal FIS departments
Conference and sales support as required
What you bring:
Key skillset
Communication both upward and downward – the successful candidate will be able to speak to the product managers/owners at a detail level on the products while also translating those messages into higher level communication executives can absorb
Client facing skills to describe the products and FIS during sales cycles – conferences
Capital expense management
Product management practice within a SAFe Agile methodology
Ability to work across the vast matrix of departments
Added bonus if you have:
Team being managed is global by nature with members in Europe, India, Canada and the United States – time zone management is important
Development is still waterfall/iterative and is in progress on moving to SAFe Agile – help and support in this transition will be important to maintain delivery timelines
