The Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to help guide development and implementation of our integrations with EHRs globally, this may include building SMART on FHIR apps to support EHR integration.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, prioritize and maintain a roadmap of integration features with EHRs, to deliver meaningful value to our customers.
- Define detailed technical requirements for integration of the Linus Clinical product with EHRs.
- Understand major EHR integration capabilities and APIs and collaborate with the development, informatics and clinical teams to define and document integration points and workflows.
- Collaborate with UI design and user testing teams to ensure that the products and integrations meet user needs.
- Partner with the leadership and business development teams to build partnerships with major EHR vendors to support the integration strategy.
- Collaborate with pilot customers to test new products, integrations and workflows.
- Create product documentation and training materials.
- Be the expert in the company on our EHR integrations and be able to represent them to sales, support and customers.
- Produce deliverables that tell concise business stories that are backed by data and customer-centric arguments
- Coordinate releases with the development and operations teams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams like business development, finance and marketing to ensure that products support company and business goals
- Manage priorities and expectations of stakeholders e.g. customers, sales, partners, etc.
About You:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including one or more of the following:
- Experience doing product management for an EHR or patient portal vendor and/or
- Experience doing product management for a clinical product that was integrated with major EHR platforms and/or
- Experience building a SMART on FHIR application for providers or patients.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An understanding of product management best practices in agile development environments
- Demonstrated track record in high growth environments managing end-to-end product and project lifecycle
- A bias for action and a passion for disruptive innovation
- Passion for improving the way people care for their brain health
