Summary: Onbe's product management team is responsible for defining the products and solutions that empower our teams and deliver value to our customers. Team members have a client-centric demeanor and develop perspectives on the most impactful products for our business, then partner cross-functionality to make them a reality. The Product Manager, Client Reporting & Analytics will have a direct impact on customer growth by improving Onbe's reporting capabilities and driving new ways to serve data and insights.

This position can be office based, hybrid or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe's employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a synthesized view of the customer & market needs, by receiving input from all collaborators
- Conducts high-impact discovery sessions with customers and team members
- Understand common market approaches to meeting client needs and drive Onbe's solutions to stay two steps ahead of competitors
- Coordinate and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data services and effective collaboration with partners.
- Ensure business requirements (BRDs) are written, maintained, and communicated
- Develop relationships across departments to drive end-to-end solutions, requirements, and project prioritization and planning
- Maintain and communicate product launch plans and supervise the results, achievements, risks, and dependencies. Build project plans that are structured and focused, yet smartly flexible to absorb change
- Lead collaborations and discussions among cross-functional teams for platform capabilities.
- Partner with internal and external audiences, develop the core positioning & promote capabilities to the market!
- Conduct post-release measurement of adoption/impact, assembling takeaways and applying changes to further refine the value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or lead responsible for end-to-end product or solution delivery
- Understanding of agile development lifecycle preferred
- Experience with B2B payment products preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools is a plus
- Possess highly developed desire to collect and analyze data to problem tackle and advise decision making
- Collaborative interpersonal and communication skills
