Product Manager- Card Partnerships

Card partnerships is looking for a Product Manager to support our Customer Servicing and Engagement Agenda, focused on Omnichannel capabilities and Simple, human service experiences aimed to surprise and delight customers. You will work on our reimagined Partner onboarding strategy, innovate market leading capabilities for our Partners, and accelerate our technology transformation.
In this role, you will:
Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy
Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to test hypotheses
Apply your deep understanding of user needs and business goals to inform effective product strategies
Serve as a Product Owner, leading a high-performing agile team to translate business strategies into products and features that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders from a wide range of domains including engineering, design, business analysis, marketing, data science, and operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master’s degree
2+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
2+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
2+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
