Product Manager, Business Manager

The Ads Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Ads Product Team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:
- Develop goals, strategy and roadmaps for Snap's Business Manager
- Build tools, services and experiences that enable brands, creators and small businesses to build a presence on Snapchat and manage their assets, people and accounts in an easy and scalable way
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to drive day-to-day execution against OKRs
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners in the monetization and consumer organizations to help devise the go-to-market and growth strategies in different markets around the world
- Closely monitor and measure results of all product and feature improvements
- Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations, both tactically and strategically
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams

- Skilled at defining and analyzing success metrics and input metrics for a large organization
- Expertise in A/B test design and interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product/corporate strategy, or data science/analytics at a technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ads, Adtech, DSP or programmatic buying experience
- Experience building and managing large data sets, BigTable, BigQuery, and SQL
- Experience building large scale platforms and client-facing APIs & experiences
- Ability to execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
- A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working on product growth at a consumer technology company
- A passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving!
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 annually
- Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $166,000 - $238,000 annually
- Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $149,000 - $213,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
