We are a YC S16 graduate and believe in quickly iterating on features to build products that people want. We deploy multiple times a day and work within a hybrid kanban/scrum system. We believe in the agile manifesto, but not the industry straight jacket that has arisen around what it means to be "agile". Build stuff that works, communicate across the company, react quickly to degradations in system/feature performance, have ideas on how to solve ever-evolving problems, respect and collaborate with CareRevengineers, CareRevdesigners, CareRevers, and customers.
What you’ll do:
- Learn what’s important to our healthcare facility customers
- Set priorities, build, and deliver value
- Own a crucial portion of their experience using our tools and be the chief evangelist of it
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and product adoption by learning our user’s needs and understanding the competitive landscape
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of product management experience on B2B products
- Definitive UX/design sensibility
- Experience with A/B testing
- Executing amidst ambiguity: Structuring the problem, defining the roadmap and metrics, iterating rapidly through experimentation, and delivering value to our customers.
- Working backward from our customers to understand their needs
- Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
- You are a self-starter and have a history of successfully building and managing products that users love.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in high-growth startups is preferred.
- Up to 20% travel to customer locations (ie. facilities)
