Sr. Product Manager

This position will be responsible for product design, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product and interfaces, and working closely with sales, marketing, development, QA, delivery and support to ensure the product's goals are met.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining the strategic technical path of the Nautilus Business Process Automation products as well as management and oversight of the day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases. This includes new product conception, definition, launch, and post-launch activities, including increasing the profitability of existing products The Senior Product Manager provides end-to-end management support for the Nautilus Business Process Automation product-line and services through the development cycle as well as working with and influencing sales, marketing, finance , operations and senior management to achieve revenue and profit goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for managing, promoting, and directing the overall design of the Nautilus Business Process Automation products

2. Responsible for aggregating and delivering on feature set requirements for each product release

3. Work with clients and internal operational groups to develop requirements for and deliver customized business process application demos and workflow product prototypes.

4. Use industry expertise and client's key business requirements to understand the client's priorities and identify ways to enhance the client's business performance with the group's solutions.

5. Act as the primary advocate for Nautilus Business Process Automation product offerings across the organization and with customers through delivery of product demonstrations

7. Understand and act as a valued technical resource early and often within the pre-sales process and the client's decision making process

8. In partnership with internal colleagues, plans and executes strategies for continuous improvement in methodologies, processes, procedures, and technologies

11. Overall responsibility for the architectural design of the Business Process Automation solution set

12. Establish and maintain with counterparts at 3rd parties (e.g. Hyland Software)

13. Assist the Sales and Sales Support with new opportunities and RFPs/RFIs.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Related Experience:
• 7+ years enterprise software product management and/or development experience of increasing responsibilities in a combination of product management, pre-sales, and marketing
• Maintain a deep technical knowledge of the Nautilus (OnBase) WorkFlow and WorkView toolset and automation application products developed by the ECM BU.
• Experience writing a variety of requirements including functional, non-functional, business, and market highly desired.

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:

Detailed knowledge of the ECM space business and business process automation, as well as the interrelationship between risk and performance in the banking industry is critical.

Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to expand market share.

Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of Pragmatic Product Marketing framework

A strong knowledge of the new techniques and technologies emerging in the financial industry.

Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing and ROI analysis

Excellent communication skills (including the ability to communicate to customers and influence all levels of management),
