In this role, your main responsibility will be to lead SEO innovation and create experiences that deliver high-impact experiences which support our overall targeting strategy. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to take their SEO expertise and advance it to a more general digital PM role. Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years designing and delivering enterprise level SEO and Content strategies in a Product Management or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Requires a Bachelors degree, MBA preferred



How you will lead

Responsibilities

  • Ability to go broad, then go narrow. Sweat the details, provide bold thinking and big ideas and own platform SEO for all of Intuit's customer success sites
  • Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including senior leaders, researchers, product managers and other leaders across the company
  • Be creative, innovative, passionate and influential
  • Learn each and every day, take initiative, and self-organize your projects
  • Creation and ownership of the SEO roadmap covering technical, content and outreach opportunities.
  • Auditing, analysis and implementation
  • Define core SEO KPIs that will ladder up to support overall performance targets
  • Deliver regular reporting against both SEO and overall performance KPIs
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of analytics / data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Conduct regular competitor gap analysis' and keyword research to deliver content optimisation and new page recommendations
  • Identify new traffic opportunities and monitor our backlinking profile
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Stay immersed in the latest "design thinking" trends and innovation methodologies
  • Manage development of smaller other non-SEO products



Content management and optimization

  • Work with Global Digital Delivery teams to optimize support content for SEO benefit
  • Work closely with internal paid and organic social team on amplification strategy
  • Management of external agencies and content management



Cross functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering teams to implement best practices
  • Partner with SEOs across Intuit to standardise technical standards for bot-facing pages
  • Train and support XD with SEO copywriting/copy review where required
  • Experienced with multiple vehicles, i.e., In Product Discovery, SaaS, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, and Social and Mobile platforms, as well as Web Properties and Relationship Marketing
  • Partners in driving specific web property or vehicle and key success metrics (revenue, RPV, conversion, CPA)
  • Strong familiarity with personalization, segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences
  • Incorporates digital best practices end-to-end for SaaS offerings, including their use in first-time use, up-sell, cross-sell, retention levers and content marketing
  • Able to assess which variables are driving results and link actions to business outcomes
  • Analyzes data from multiple sources to drive insights influencing the development of high impact solutions
  • Uses learning tools effectively to support decision making, e.g., A / B testing and experimentation
  • Able to develop logic chain that supports conclusions and recommendation
