What you'll be able to do:

  • Build the product vision and roadmap.
  • Own the responsibility of the Product Manager role where you will gain experience in the software development methodology, including crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting requirements, creating domain maps, crafting use cases and flow diagrams.
  • Support for the development positioning for the product and facilitate customer research.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer for the development team!
  • Define platform features and manage/prioritize backlog of development teams.
  • Collaborate with software development team during development to clarify feature objectives and address questions, dependencies, and gaps.
  • Run the user acceptance testing process for new platform features.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to run expectations and communicate timelines, costs, and scope of new product experiences!
  • Consume customer, team, and client feedback and align to business needs. Translate these items into new product features that align with the overall product vision and strategy.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing, operations, or strategy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related digital literacy
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines while independently balancing multiple projects at once
  • Strong desire to build high quality work
  • Resourceful, proactive team player
