We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to work closely with product managers and FLYR’s leadership to ensure that FLYR’s product teams can deliver the product roadmap on a reliable cadence through great execution. This role centers on working with multiple product managers in our US and European office locations to ensure consistency in product processes across the organization.
What will your journey look like? (Responsibilities)
- Ensure that roadmap planning processes are done thoroughly and consistently across product management groups.
- Maintain product roadmap plans are executed in a timely manner as priorities change and facts on the ground change.
- Support product managers across the company through the development of processes, systems, and templates.
- Run effective and efficient coordination meetings with product owners and highlight areas of improvement in the product management organization.
- Develop analytics and reports that track delivery of product features, customer commitments, and other product management processes.
- Be the administrator of systems and tools for use by product management, ensuring operational efficiency for product owners.
- Be a meeting facilitator, lead effective meetings, respect people’s time, and track actions.
What to pack for this trip? (Qualifications)
- +6 years of experience within a SaaS software product company
- +5 years in product operations working with software product managers
- Familiarity with best practices for modern software product roadmap planning and development approaches
- Experience with distributed teams
- Experience with JIRA or AHA, or other tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheets, or similar
