We are looking for an experienced Product Management Operations Lead to work closely with product managers and FLYR’s leadership to ensure that FLYR’s product teams can deliver on the product roadmap on a reliable cadence through great execution. This role centers on working with multiple product managers in our US and European office locations to ensure consistency in product processes across the organization.

What will your journey look like? (Responsibilities)

  • Roadmap planning processes are done thoroughly and consistently across product management group 
  • Roadmap plans are maintained in a timely manner as priorities change and facts on the ground change
  • Support product managers across the company through the development of processes, systems and templates 
  • Run effective and efficient coordination meetings with product owners and highlight areas of improvements in the product management organization
  • Develop analytics and reports that track delivery of product features, customer commitments and other product management processes
  • Be the administrator of systems and tools for use by product management, ensuring operational efficiency for product owners

What to pack for this trip? (Qualifications)

  • Must have extensive background in product operations, release management, project management on large software projects
  • Strong preference is for experience in software product companies
  • Extremely familiar with modern software product roadmap planning and development approaches. 
  • Must have experience working with distributed teams
  • Strong competency in spreadsheet modeling
  • Competent in tools like JIRA or AHA
  • Strong meeting facilitator. Can lead effective meetings, respect people’s time, and track actions
