Your expertise reaches far across the SEO landscape and your ability to articulate the art of the possible is unmatched. You partner with Senior Execs, to consult, create, shape, and guide strategy (and they love you for it!). You see the big picture and with that comes a holistic understanding of how SEO works in harmony with Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative. Integrating cross-divisional data and breaking down silos to drive innovation is your thing. You have a firm grasp on data; understanding the technology, tools, and what is possible-- then making it happen. You are a Web/Digital Product Management Lead that can build out a world class team, and bring all of the SEO pieces of the puzzle together.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision for the Web, with a slant on SEO, and then establish a set of product priorities that deliver on the broader Ecommerce and Product strategy.
• Co-Own the conception, delivery and optimization of a brand new Global, fully functional E-Commerce website and linking with APP.
• Be responsible for the website with a broad understanding of the entire customer/stakeholder base. You will anticipate and deliver capabilities and services that enable the Web & SEO features and experiences.
• Be data driven. Data drives our decision making and validates our assumptions. The products / features, architecture you'll develop must always consider how to use existing data and how to leverage data your platform will generate.
• Over time, develop a product team to grow digital product features, including localization and unique features for international markets
• Regularly communicate progress in partnership with Dir. of SEO and other senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Group Product Manager, User Experience Design and Software Engineering to implement features and fundamentals to drive user growth..
• Understand the complicated nature of SEO dependencies and align roadmaps with your partners in Digital Product Management.
• Obsess over the customer and look at behavioral data to help drive prioritization for net new products and services across the Ecommerce platform.

Requirements

• First principles thinking. You like to break down problems into their most basic components and then build up solutions that address the highest impact issues first, learning from there.
• Experience developing E-commerce Websites with multiple user experience workflows and systems. Successful digital products are the sum of multiple interfaces and services, so you should be technically sufficient in outlining a system.
• 5-7+ years experience managing technically complex, consumer driven products
• Comfort developing solutions in areas of ambiguity. This role will operate in a progressive space with continuously evolving directives and discoveries.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, data analysts, technical architects, user experience designers
• Experience designing and executing product discovery and product optimization for internal tools and users
• Product fluency. You should be comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, trade offs and opportunities.
• Strong understanding with API & microservice architectures. Able to discuss how platforms form on services and how those services translate into interfaces and experiences.
• Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions including prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability of having conceived and successfully brought a website/app to market4+ years of product management experience in a Ecommerce/SaaS / cloud company, ideally one that is consumer facing.
• Knowledge of Agile development techniques and experience as a product owner in a SCRUM environment
• Experience working with internal and external infrastructure tooling and related products or services
• MBA or Master's Degree in Technology or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience marketing consumer products or services to end users
• Experience in organic search technical strategy and execution
• Ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize, sequence, execute, deliver projects on time, and represent a team internally and externally
• Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems independently and with innovative approach
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Collaborative work style with internal stakeholders and when delivering projects
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mentality
• Global SEO experience
