Job Description
Join CCB's newest Service - Platform Operations. Our team fosters a model for CCB technology, product, design, & data teams to work with organizations outside CCB. Our structure compliments the GT Product Operating model - ensuring bi-directional alignment of interests between the GT and CCB products. To ensure CCB is represented on GT Product Cabinets, Platform Operations facilitates communities of expertise to garner insight and opinion from across our entire LoB to shape GT Product roadmaps. Conversely, Platform Operations, through the Clearinghouse, examines requests for work and facilitates their injection into our CCB product backlogs. To amplify success our team provides visibility into status of execution for all requests - both by and on-behalf of CCB products.
This Product Manager role will partner in the creation, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of how the CCB Platform Operations Services function. Proactively partner with the CCB Product Office, GT Product Office, CCB product teams and other LoB teams to ensure solutions work in concert - sharing best practices. Position will help drive ONE Backlog initiative which has the goal of getting all the work engineers deliver captured on their backlogs.
Responsibilities• Partner with Platform Operations leadership team to create, iterate, and deliver a cohesive message for what our service provides• Partner with the CCB Product Office and CCB product teams to drive the ONE Backlog initiative which has the goal of getting all the work engineers deliver captured on their backlogs• Manage the integration of roadmaps between those different organizations - providing visibility into conflicts of priority and technical blockers• Coordinate the publication of informational and operational sites to empower self-service of our service information• Leverage dashboards created by our BI lead to ensure delivery progress of initiatives injected into product backlogs

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Understanding of CCB GT and LoB product structure• 1-2 years of related project management experience - financial services, business, project management, team leadership and/or technology experience• Understand Agile and how to leverage the benefits across both Investment and Technology-based initiatives• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution, with a focus on process improvement• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with peers as well as internal/external clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability speaking/ presenting to various levels of management in both business and technology• Current experience with JIRA and Kanban• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management and risk management• Demonstrated ability to lead change across organizations• Demonstrates flexibility, adapts to shifting priorities, embraces ambiguity and navigates through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers• Ability to make subjective and informed decisions based upon known data, consequently influencing stakeholders and justifying decisions made to drive work and teams forward• Strong staff management skills for exempt level professionals with ability to promote and maintain an inclusive, positive culture • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on to progress initiatives as needed• Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends• Experience with agile product development techniques and practices for speed-to-market
