WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Footwear Product Manager for Nike Classics!

This role is responsible for a portion of the classics strategic vision; with a focus on some of the biggest and most influential models in the footwear industry-Air Force 1, Dunk and Cortez. The ideal candidate is someone who's able to interpret consumer and market insights and translate that into strong product briefs and line plans, as well as provide leadership through key product deliverables.

The candidate should be a phenomenal communicator (written and verbal), organizationally sound, with the ability to think strategically and translate product insights into a future vision for the Classics business. A passion for sneaker, streetwear and basketball culture is key. This individual will assist in visualizing and crafting the future vision for Air Force 1, Dunk and Cortez.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will join the larger Men's Classics team, where we strive to create and live a culture of diversity, equity and inclusivity. Nike Classics is responsible for creating the next era of sneaker culture and you will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life!

You will be empowered to bring new insights, make key decisions on your product range as well as collaborate with crucial team members to bring the strategic vision to life. We only ask that you do so collaboratively, while building trust and keeping the consumer at the forefront of your decision making.

If this is you, you'll be partnering with Design (product, color, graphic and material), development, merchandising, innovation, Sports and Brand marketing as well as your counterpart in Womens and the broader lifestyle team. Your primary focus will be on crafting industry leading sneakers and strategies, with a stong capability to drive alignment and results across functions

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 4+ years of related experience in retail, sales, product, merchandising, sport, music, art, trend, fashion, media or influence-related industries

- Creativity and a strong passion for product

- Sophisticated understanding of younger Gen Z, early Alpha Generation, streetwear and lifestyle basketball consumers

- Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results

- An appreciation for fashion, style, and art

- Outstanding attention to details and deadlines

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to tell compelling stories

- Can cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Product Creation teams, Global merchants, Brand team and other key partners

- Travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally
