WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our role in the industry is to be in a state of a perpetual pull market that requires both team and product excellence. As our Catalyst Footwear Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for a range of products both with internal and external partnerships. You'll drive all stages of the product creation process, from uncovering consumer and marketplace insights to presenting finalized footwear concepts. You'll be responsible for creating product briefs, analyzing business metrics, researching consumer and marketplace trends, building the line plan, and collaborating with Design, Development & Merchandising teammates to create industry-leading sneakers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead by example in every aspect of the job and work with category team members to achieve business results related to a unique revenue & profitability model, pricing margins, and style/sku productivity to bring the most premium, groundbreaking product to our consumer. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed including on your styles and all aspects of product management in order to successfully deliver the line to market. You would be accountable for financial results in the product line and demonstrate astute financial judgment in making key decisions. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be reporting to seasoned product leaders who will help you navigate Nike's Matrix as well as interactions with external partners. Your primary day-to-day partners will be with design, development, engineering, materials, testing, brand, innovation and merchandising. You will also work regularly across the organization into the Inline dimension teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end process for Nike!

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or an equivalent or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

- 4 years' experience in a product, merchandising, buying, sales, trend, style-related role

- Creativity and passion for sneakers and sneaker culture

- Consumer obsessed

- High curiosity to learn, explore and take calculated risks

- Consumer and Sneaker Obsessed consumer (tastes, habits, preferences, interests & behaviors)

- An appreciation for style, and external influencer impact on the industry

- Experience monitoring and understanding trends, and applying those trends to your work

- Love for sustainability and have a passion for improving our Brand's impact on the world

- Tolerance for ambiguity-can adapt

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong analytical abilities

- Proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively and bring humility to work each day

- Attention to detail and deadlines

- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally
