Job Description Are you an individual who is passionate about learning and making a difference? If so, look no further! Make a huge impact within JPMC's Global Technology group! As a Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for combining your technical skills and application security knowledge to make a difference at JPMC. You'll be overseeing the integration of contextualized training into JPMC's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You'll also support the automation of training processes and help the team visualize our success through the development of dashboards and other reporting solutions.

The Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team is focused on spreading education and awareness across all 290,000+ employees around the world. Through firm-wide and targeted training, communications, and awareness events, we \"humanize\" cybersecurity and enable our employees to better protect themselves and our data.
Your day-to-day may look like:

  • Oversee the integration of training into the SSDLC tooling by partnering closely with engineering teams and vendor(s) to review requirements and integrate within an appropriate timeline
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Engineering teams, team members, and Product to identify opportunities, training language, and tweak the strategy over time
  • Leverage existing/create new APIs to pull data into dashboards and other visual reporting
  • Brainstorm and curate other reporting or dashboards to visualize our team's success, KPI's and metrics
  • Contribute to the training strategy by providing experience, expertise & perspective with additional opportunities to develop content and facilitate training
  • Build and cultivate a culture focused on the pro-active awareness and improvement of the risk environment
  • Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner to these groups, providing input to strategic discussions to stakeholders across the firm
  • Interface with Lead ISMs, CTOs and Application Development teams on an on-going basis for BAU activities and project initiatives.
  • Be a strong technologist and a natural collaborator across the firm.
  • Provide regular management reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders in business units


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with technical teams to drive the successful completion of large, global technical projects
  • Strong familiarity with JPMC's SDLC and preferred tools; experience integrating with and/or managing tools a huge plus
  • Analytical skills including solving complex problems, data analytics, dependency mapping, optional skills could include coding / development experience
  • Proven experience working with a diverse set of technical stakeholders and partners
  • Experience pulling and parsing data from API's; dealing with large, complex data sets and models
  • Experience building visual representations of data/dashboards a huge plus
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of threat analysis, security risks, common vulnerabilities, and remediation activities
  • Subject matter expert in multiple security domains (e.g., application security, data protection, encryption, identity and access management, logging and monitoring, network security)
  • Ability to identify and manage complex issues and provide solutions with partnership across global teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout Global Technology
