Our Virtual Physical Therapy (PT) solution relies on innovative and proprietary computer vision technology that provides real time pose correction and feedback. We are looking for an experienced product manager who would help us take our Virtual PT experiences to the next level by creating rich, engaging and delightful interactive experiences on top of this innovative technology. These experiences would help Kaia users with their pain management goals by increasing adherence to our multimodal therapy. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll be operating in an autonomous product team of content creators, researchers, clinicians, data-scientists, designers and developers in scaling Kaia’s engagement and retention.



What you'll be doing

  • Leading our Product Growth and Expansion charter Lead a group of product teams and talented product managers focused on achieving scalable growth for Kaia.
  • Act as a coach, mentor, guide, cheerleader and supporter as needed by the team
  • Understanding the context and put context and people front and center in every action and decision.
  • Strong at decision framing, prioritization, building culture and organizational health, a strong growth mindset and most importantly model the right behaviors.
  • Define structured and implementable product increments:Create clear product strategy for a product area in accordance with the broader product and company strategy and vision and apply discovery techniques in collaboration with our UX testers.
  • Brainstorm and review ideas and areas of improvement with our talented designers
  • Coordinating the implementation process by tightly collaborating with group engineering leads to ship high quality softwareIntegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity & product satisfaction
  • Execute experiments and generate learnings 
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platform and products for Kaia’s Virtual PT solution and other capabilities that lead to increased retention and engagement.
  • Identify risks and proactively work towards mitigating them with pre-mortems, reviews and other risk assessments and avoidance measures.
  • Shape decisions and align them to product and company strategy by asking the right questions and creating alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Analyze team outcomes of releases and identify shortcomings, risks, gaps and areas of improvement. Communicate & market product releases both with internal teams and external partners. 
  • You will lead an established team of product managers, designers and engineers who value personal growth and coaching. As a member of a fast-growing organization you have the opportunity to build scalable tools, processes and platforms for the years to come. 

Who you are

  • You've done it before: show us how you have built and lead a team of talented PMs in a setup where each of them manages their own autonomous product teams.
  • You have experience delivering and shaping product strategy for growth in B2B or healthcare products or services
  • You have strong leadership skills especially in the context of fast growing startups
  • You recognize user & customer needs, analyzing and visualizing data, writing specs & tickets, communicating clearly & listen carefully, creating roadmaps, managing feature releases, motivating and guiding a development team.strong expertise in consumer behavior and behavioral science: You have knowledge of how to build and frame choice architectures, combining language and visuals to nudge users towards better outcomes
  • You have strong quantitative skills and analytical mindset with academic training a strong understanding of technical concepts and how modern software is developed an eye for detail but also the big picture in mind
  • You have a high EQ and excellent communication skills
