Product Consultants have a very unique role at Bullhorn, as they are the very first stop after signing with our sales team. Product Consultants cater to the needs of our small business clients to ensure success in all aspects of the product, ultimately growing their business and resulting in hundreds of hires annually.
As a Product Consultant, a typical day might include:
Running 30-60 minute client-facing calls that include an exciting mix of training agenda and agile Q&A portions
Consulting customers on best practices and finding creative solutions for unique workflows
Performing data imports via bulk resume parser, dataloader and custom import
Assisting customers and their technical support with basic questions as well as troubleshooting any aspect in scope of accelerated implementations
Actioning setup requests from System Integrator Partners
This job might be for you if:
You have 1+ year experience in Bullhorn ATS Support
You enjoy establishing meaningful relationships with new clients
You have the ability to multitask, work with multiple clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs
You have experience/enjoy running 30-60 minute strategic client facing calls
You are an excellent communicator
You manage your own time effectively, ensuring on-time completion of project milestones
You enjoy helping small business grow and succeed with the use of Bullhorn ATS
