Reporting to the Product Line Manager, the Product Analyst works directly with the Product Owner supporting Availity's Patient Statements and Patient Payments tools.

To be qualified for this position: • You have at least one year in a product role supporting a technology company• Agile doesn't just mean moving quickly to you• You have experience working for a Healthcare IT organization• Gathering requirements and documenting them are something you enjoy doing (or you have the aptitude to learn how)• Communication is a strength, you're not too shy to ask questions

You will set yourself apart: • If you have worked in JIRA or Rally• You know healthcare concepts like HIPAA and X12

You will be: • Supporting the Product Owner with tasks like identifying specific monitoring and alerting needed for products being developed• Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements• Researching issues, documenting those issues and supporting Development teams in resolving issues• Participating in releases, typically Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings (not every weekend)• Participating in Agile ceremonies, learning the role of a Product Owner
