Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$57,000.00 - $94,100.00

What Is the Opportunity?
In the Product Analyst (Auto) Role, one will contribute to the achievement of near-and long-term business goals, specifically related to strategic initiatives on the Auto Roadmap. Primary duties will include learning the auto product delivery life cycle by supporting the implementation of strategic capabilities, as well as gaining general auto product knowledge. Responsibilities may also include supporting portions of business initiatives and working with business partners across Personal Insurance, to determine joint recommendations for product enhancements. An interest in learning the intricacies of Personal Insurance auto products and in delivering new product capabilities, are critical to success in this position.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of auto initiatives with appropriate oversight.
- Joins and eventually participates in discussions with key Product Management teams (R&D, Actuarial and Analytics) regarding the business value of possible product enhancements.
- Works with the State Product Management teams to understand key business issues and opportunities in their states and regions.
- Creates content (PowerPoint Presentations) summarizing joint recommendations for product enhancements.
- Learns the project delivery life cycle and develops a working knowledge of agile execution in partnership with Platform and IT teams.
- Develops effective business relationships (Forms, Legal, State Product, Customer/Agency Experience & Operations) and seeks input and approval throughout the project life cycle.
- Researches and responds to product questions and inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 6 months' work experience in a business environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
- Typically, 1+ year(s) of experience.
- Developing knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, pricing, filing, coverage, systems, and compliance.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and exhibit creation.
