As the Product Analyst, you accelerate growth by identifying product trends and strategies based on in-depth and accurate statistical modeling. You excel at developing insights by gathering and analyzing data from various and disparate sources. You focus on enhancing the Product Management team by effectively communicating your insights to guide development and redesigns.
You excel at sourcing and recommending quality datasets to explore and determine which predictive models are most impactful. You maximize department success by creating visually compelling representations of data for senior leadership. You thrive in an office environment and feel comfortable supporting projects across the organization. You report to the Senior Manager of Product Management for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
- Determine client needs by gathering, refining, validating, documenting and maintaining complex data for the associated product lines.
- Relay complex business concepts by creating and maintaining discrete trending dashboards for the working and executive teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data mining and analysis in support of process definitions.
- Ensure successful product or feature launches by modeling and forecasting business trends based on historical data sets and presenting analytics that reflect the client experience and usage of new products.
- Improve efficiency through third-party reporting systems and serving as the primary licensed seat holder and liaison.
- Maximize the department through data gap identification and researching methods to fill these gaps.
- Continuously develop, implement, launch and improve new products after applying lessons learned from previous projects.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Three or more years of business analysis experience.
- Expert analytical and interpretation skills with the ability to define key performance indicators and metrics.
- Confident when preparing and conducting data-driven presentations.
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Quick learner that can become a subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, math or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).

The pay for this position has a minimum of $65,300.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
