What you will be doing:
The Product Analyst Senior synthesizes data from multiple sources and proactively consults with Product Owners, Platform Owner and key stakeholders to provide business insights that enable strategic business objectives. In this capacity, the Senior Product Analyst is responsible for monitoring and improving the client experience for participants within desktop and mobile platforms. The Senior Product Analyst facilitates the delivery of new features by supporting the Agile product team by writing user stories, leading team refinement and support team during development sprints.

  • Compilation of key success measures identified to gage the health of the B2C digital platforms. Share results with Product Owner and other key stakeholders to influence prioritization decisions. Understands operational dependencies and impacts on decisions. Works closely with Product Owners to interpret data and uses insights to inform necessary changes.
  • Support Agile Methodology - act as the key daily contact for Agile scrum team. Partner with Product Owner to write user stories, acceptance criteria and accept work. Leads the team refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding of the work. Participate in additional scrum ceremonies as required.
  • Demonstrate true understanding of the product(s) you support. Whether responding to production issues or partnering with end users to determine opportunities, the Senior Product Analyst is capable of interpreting business requirements and translating to user stories.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to grasp business strategy and execute mid-scale initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent technical aptitude and interest
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams and "tech jargon"


Added bonus if you have:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation
  • Advanced capabilities/experience with agile methodology and product management
  • Advanced client experience skills and/or client journey mapping
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Advanced designation in Financial Services, such as CFP or CIMA, preferred
