What you will be doing
As a Senior Product Analyst with FIS you will be responsible for supporting a team, in partnership with the Product Owner, that is responsible for multiple, high-priority client deliverables. You will be supporting a digital retirement channel and will be responsible for keeping client focus and client experience at the forefront of all work. As deliverables vary throughout the year, you may be tasked with completing data analysis, interpreting client trends, providing root cause analysis, and/or executing on recommendations. You may also assist in conducting technical testing and the implementation of any required software.

  • Delivers actionable resolution support to assigned business unit. Serves as contact point for moderately complex questions and issue resolution. Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Supports senior staff with production issues and workflow planning.
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to quality review procedures in data analysis and reporting. Leads business unit specific projects. Responsible for coordinating team members to accomplish the goals of the project and to ensure timely delivery of required materials and reports.
  • Conducts testing of business unit policies and procedures to identify weaknesses. Works with leaders to identify the areas of concern, offer recommendations, and manage the follow up to ensure the areas of concern have been addressed in a timely manner.
  • Represents team in projects/meetings with business partners and vendors. Mentors more junior team members. Analyzes processing inefficiencies and provides recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Communicates with clients/vendors in the resolution of escalated or complex issues/questions. Continues to develop and strengthen the client/vendor relationship. Continues to develop understanding of current industry issues and research and their impact on assigned business units. Assists with the communication of relevant information to business unit leaders. Participates in the development of documentation that is circulated to the market.

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 2+ years of total relevant work experience
