Reporting to the Product Line Manager, the Product Analyst will support Product Owners and Development teams with our Essential Pro product. You will help build and maintain portfolio dashboards for Availity teams.

To be qualified for this position you:

• Have at least one year in a product role supporting a technology company
• Are skilled at using Excel
• Can run simple SQL queries
• Have used tools like Confluence, JIRA and Splunk

You will set yourself apart:

• If you have experience with MS BI and have a background in Healthcare

You will be:

• Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements
• Researching issues, documenting those issues and supporting Development teams in resolving issues
• Maintaining and organizing the product backlog
• Managing JIRA tickets; these can include enhancement requests and bug requests
• Researching competitive marketing
• Providing implementation support of products
