Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Product Analyst II in Durham, NC to design, develop, and manage product activities, including product definition, planning, production release, and end of life. Conduct design, process, testing, quality, enhancements, upgrade, maintenance and marketing during product production and distribution. Serve as subject matter expert in Banking services domain applications, including Banker Account Opening, Online Account Opening/Online Banking, Teller, KIOSK, and sales and services for different core banking systems, including Systematics, Profile, IBS and Horizon. Identify and create Business, Functional, System, Database, Device integrations and application configurations from client requirements, market analysis and research. Defining the business requirement scope, prepare high-level requirements (HLR), functional specification documents (FSD), grooming the user stories to accurately represent the requirements for the Development, Quality Assurance, and project teams. Design and develop wireframe diagrams, screen mockups, flow charts using Microsoft Visio and technical service schema mapping and development. Conduct device integration of peripherals, including Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), Cash Dispenser, Check Scanner, KIOSK and Cloud base integrations. Perform unit testing, reporting the project status, review and approve change requests, demonstrations for end of sprint delivered to client and project team. Utilize tools including SoapUI, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, JMeter, SharePoint, DB visualizer (Oracle and SQL server), Postman, GIT and SVN.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively response experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing multiple SDLC processes and technologies; utilizing core banking systems and multitier application architecture; conducting business modeling and Requirement gathering in a structured fashion using Discussion sessions, Brainstorming, Story grooming, Prototypes, Defining scope, Requirement traceability matrix, High level requirement documents (HLR) and Functional specification documents (FSD); utilizing tools, techniques and principles used in application development, including Service mapping, Schema development, Service validation, Application database configurations, Device integration, Microsoft Visio, SoapUI, postman, Microsoft office and JIRA tools; researching and documenting client needs, technology and regulations related to system design and enhancement; analyzing marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services; performing requirement clarifications and validation as per the documented scope; implementing quality management methods, tools and technologies, including Java, Selenium, XML, Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB Visualizer, JIRA, SVN, and Microsoft Office tools. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible. 5% travel is required to various and unanticipated FIS client and office sites nationally.
