Members lack transparency in all facets of car ownership. The Autos team builds experiences that help members save money on their auto loans and insurance, purchase/sell cars, and make better decisions throughout the car ownership journey.
What you’ll do:
- Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, drive product strategy, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new features for one or more product areas across Auto Loans and/or Insurance
- Conduct analyses and design tests to support new launches, drive improvements to existing features, and inform the product and marketing roadmaps
- Develop learning agendas and test plans to support agile, data-driven decision-making
- Partner with engineering and business intelligence to ensure proper tracking instrumentation of new products and tests

Minimum Basic Requirement:
- 2+ years of analytics experience and BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, or Statistics
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- 1+ years of experience with A/B testing and/or statistical analysis using Bayesian or frequentist frameworks
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau for insight synthesis and presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Python and/or R
- Experience with software development a huge plus, especially in building automation and predictive models
- Background in technology and/or financial services is a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
- Great communication skills with analysts and non-analysts alike
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
