What you will be doing
You will be working with FIS Team members supporting the Systematics AM Lending application. You will be responsible for providing consulting services to the client on technology or system functionality; evaluates various technical and business solutions and make recommendations to the client; troubleshoots errors and inefficiencies related to the application(s) and related processes; advises the client on functional direction and specific business issues. Will be responsible for the functional testing of solutions for the various projects and reporting back to the client testing and issue status.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrates an understanding of FIS Systematics AM application and the financial services industry.
  • Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements. Serves as liaison between business and IT during consulting projects. Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications. Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.
  • Maintains, tests and ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
  • Writes functional specifications and other forms of documentation.
  • Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
  • May provide leadership and/or guidance to other business professionals.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


What you bring:

  • Requires three or more years of Systematics AM application development/support experience or lending experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree business and/or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
  • Willingly shares relevant industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
