Job Description Join CCB's newest Service - Platform Operations . Our team fosters a model for CCB technology, product, design, & data teams to work with organizations outside CCB. Our structure compliments the GT Product Operating model - ensuring bi-directional alignment of interests between the GT and CCB products. To ensure CCB is represented on GT Product Cabinets, Platform Operations facilitates communities of expertise to garner insight and opinion from across our entire LoB to shape GT Product roadmaps. Conversely, Platform Operations, through the Clearinghouse, examines requests for work and facilitates their injection into our CCB product backlogs. To amplify success our team provides visibility into status of execution for all requests - both by and on-behalf of CCB products.
Product Analyst will be the point person for new requests for work coming in through the CCB Clearinghouse - ensuring submissions are clear, concise, and actionable before injecting them into applicable product backlogs. This role will partner with technical SMEs from across the firm to analyze requirements, documentation, and scope. In addition, Product Analyst will partner with Business Intelligence team to establish documentation standards to create proper dashboards and tracking
Responsibilities

  • Partner with GT Product teams and CCB experts to analyze requests for work to ensure the CCB Clearinghouse Acceptance Criteria is documented in a manner that is actionable by scrum teams in CCB
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business, architecture, ISM, and engineering experts - facilitating forums to flesh out scope, purpose, instructions, etc. for each request
  • Ensure JIRA is documented properly and then injected into the backlogs of our CCB products
  • Partner with Agility Leads and other key points of contact in each product and product portfolio teams to ensure work is being actioned and processes are being followed
  • Partner with Business Intelligence experts to build out dashboards to track and communicate status and progress toward completion - empowering the Project Mgt community to spend their time removing blockers as opposed to tracking status
  • Disposition each request to determine the level of program management support required
  • Manage communications to a broad community of engagers including technical & product leadership as well as engineer communities

  • Ability to use and analyze data/organizational metrics to foster team's continuous improvement
  • Solid and proven understanding of various other Agile frameworks including Kanban
  • Understanding of applying Scrum/Agile principles & practices in Product development and delivery organization


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Business and/or Product Analyst work experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented environment
  • Experience facilitating large groups with diverse opinions
  • Experience partnering with Sr Leadership/stakeholders across Enterprise/LoB
  • Possess the business acumen required to ensure that goals, scope, and product domain knowledge is shared and understood by everyone on the team as well as possible
  • Excellent ability to multi-task effectively working on several projects synchronously
  • Good writing skills, with solid experience in writing user stories
  • Knowledge of end to end product concepts including brand management, marketing, prospecting, account opening, enrollment, fulfillment, and servicing
  • Knowledge of end to end product development concepts including risk, audit, controls, and legal and compliance
