The Product Analyst Associate role has an opening for June 2022 in our Raleigh, NC office and is the perfect opportunity for new and recent college graduates who are looking to ignite their career with one of the nation's top mortgage lenders.
Job Description

  • Participates in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gathers business requirements that affect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
  • Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
  • Works effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
  • Documents acceptance criteria
  • Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
  • Manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
  • Coordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
  • Participates in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
  • Executes test script developed in design and implementation phases
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • 4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience
  • Graduating between May 2020 - December 2021
  • 1+ years of Agile experience or relevant coursework
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Data analysis experience a plus
  • Knowledge of BI Tools a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence a plus
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, using sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
