Zions Bancorp has just opened a position for a Product Analysis and Adoption team member.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing, identifying & documenting training needs for the various training audiences for digital banking initiatives across the enterprise including the design and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops and other product trainings as needed.
• Responsible to identify, collect data for, and analyze market trends for digital banking adoption trends and strategies
• Prepare documentation about proposed and existing product training including specific features, functionality, and requirements and end state training assets
• Creates and analyzes digital banking product training trends, documents or data to proactively provide recommendations to aide management in the decision-making process to optimize Retail Product education and adoption.
• Responsible to complete analysis in one or more of the following areas: product, competitive market analysis, customer adoption techniques, development forecasting, training modeling utilizing related analytical tools, processes, best practices and procedures.
• Responsible for product training development & training schedules for digital products & implementations and adoption across the enterprise
• Determines instructional media approaches that are appropriate for learning strategies & learner resources
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Business, Organizational Development, Business Information Systems, or a related field and 7+ years' experience in financial product analysis, training design and delivery, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Employs advanced knowledge as a specialist of product training analysis, metrics development, process improvements and product adoption optimization.
• Advanced working knowledge of product learning and development practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of digital banking product strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent analytical and creative skills.
• Ability to develop training and adoption models.
• Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to formulate possible solutions and proactively communicate recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely, in writing or presentations.
• Ability to prepare oral and written reports.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, ongoing projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups. Strong relationship builder and communicator. Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and take initiative.
