Job Description About the Team
Wealth Management is a division of Asset & Wealth Management focused on working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and foundations.
Wealth Management (WM) Marketing's overall goal is simple: to be a trusted advisor to the business that helps drive strong results. In support of that goal, we are focused on four key priorities - bringing the brand to life through our client experience; simplifying how we position our products and advice; disrupting and modernizing our content strategy by being digital first; and boosting revenue with data-driven acquisition and deepening strategies. Our collaborative organization has approximately 100 team members sitting in New York, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, London, Paris, Geneva, Hong Kong and Singapore.
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a highly effective Digital Product Associate to help develop and manage the platforms supporting our marketing automation and analytics solutions. As Product Associate, you will facilitate the execution of the product road-maps for the development teams. You'll understand our business/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with overall strategy.
About You
You're an innovative product specialist , interested in developing marketing automation and data visualization solutions to help marketers drive business results and make better business decisions faster. You work agile, and have the marketing knowledge necessary to translate user needs into requirements that will help keep J.P. Morgan on the leading edge of a rapidly changing digital landscape.
This role will report to the Product Owner, Marketing Automation solutions for J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Digital Product Manager (Assoicate), Marketing Automation include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the product strategy for our marketing automation to drive client acquisition, deepening and engagement.
  • Develop data visualization and dashboard tools that let your marketing partners make better business decisions faster.
  • Deliver work using an Agile development methodology .
  • Work with marketing, compliance and business teams to understand and translate the voice of the "customer/client" into user stories for technology partners.
  • Maintain product roadmaps, product documentation, procedures, and sprint release notes.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, weekly grooming, bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance and regression testing.
  • Ensure support issues are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Maintain training resources and troubleshooting guides.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of business experience in a product manager or business analyst role, for a marketing automation or digital marketing platform.
  • Agile / Scrum experience preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Marketo preferred.
  • Knowledge of project/task management systems, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A customer service mind-set and a strong drive to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with executive, marketing and technology constituencies.
  • Demonstrable skills/experience with SQL, modern ETL principles and processes, usage of modern analytics and BI/visualization tools, trends in cloud.
