About the Role:
The Epicor mission is to be the cloud vendor of choice in the markets we serve. Our cloud-based business solutions are experiencing radical growth and innovation. We are seeking a talented, high-energy Senior Product Manager with Building Supply know-how to join one of the most strategic and high-profile teams at Epicor. This influential leader will drive the development of our cloud technology and tools whilst working closely with a team of cloud architects, engineers, Cloud DevOps, and other functional leaders throughout Epicor, to support the integrated delivery to our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, creating and executing the product strategy and roadmaps to deliver features that maintain our visionary status. Working with marketing and sales to enable new functionality across various global regions and being a product evangelist internally and externally.
What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the product execution strategy for our Building Supply products, including BisTrack.
• Partnering with manufacturing, other distribution product management counterparts and UX Center of Excellence, to continuously assess and develop strategies and adopt shareable best practices.
• Understanding what a great product looks like, create a product roadmap to support our business strategy, go-to-market plans, and customer first mindset.
• Maintain a customer-focused orientation and drive same within the Product organization.
• Collaborate with technology leaders across business units throughout Epicor to support the integrated delivery of multiple products to mutual customers.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of software Product Management experience
• Working knowledge of the Building Supply industry
• Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track-record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience.
• Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions.
• Communicative - excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Master's in Business or Computer Science preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience developing SaaS products, understanding the nuances associated with SaaS vs. on-prem software.
