Principal Product Manager - XM Team
The Qualtrics XM Platform™ is a system of action that helps businesses to attract customers who stay longer and buy more, to engage and empower employees to do the best work of their lives, to develop breakthrough products people love, and to build a brand people can’t imagine living without.
Joining Qualtrics means becoming part of a team bold enough to chase breakthrough experiences - like building a technology that will be a force for good. A team committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion because of a conviction that every voice holds value, with a vision for representation that matches the world around us and inclusion that far exceeds it. You could belong to a team whose values center on transparency, being all in, having customer obsession, acting as one team, and operating with scrappiness. All so you can do the best work of your career.
We believe every interaction is an opportunity. Are we yours?
The Challenge
Qualtrics is the industry leader in experience management, both in terms of the depth of our best-in-class products and the breadth of the product portfolio itself. Customers who choose Qualtrics as their strategic experience management partner and standardize their experience management programs on Qualtrics get the highest value.
The XM team at Qualtrics has the mission to deliver new innovative product value that serves customers who chose Qualtrics as their strategic partner. That product value comes in the form of cross-product scenarios such as identifying the top employee engagement drivers of customer success, big-data scenarios such as benchmarks that power executive decision making, and more.
We are looking for a Product Management Leader who can work closely with our largest customers to understand their top unsolved business challenges and to design new cross-product innovations that solve them. This person will oversee the research, design (working with our customers), and implementation (working with our peers in engineering) of these new product innovations. Once the code is ready, they will work across marketing, sales, and services organizations to land the new capabilities in the market.
Qualtrics created the XM category and this is a fantastic opportunity to be an important part of defining exactly how that category will impact and solve problems for the world’s largest organizations.
