Three key issues are converging to challenge how customers think about their supply chains: the pandemic has exposed the fragility of the global supply chain, geo-political decisions are impacting supply chain strategies, and climate concerns are accelerating the need for accountability. These challenges present an opportunity for Microsoft to help customers transform their businesses.
Customers in the manufacturing, transportation, energy, warehousing, and retail industries are looking to make their supply chains more resilient through better planning, tracking, reporting, and resource management. These companies want insights to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and progress towards environmental sustainability. With Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Azure IoT, PowerApps, and an ecosystem of partners, Microsoft has the elements for powerful, comprehensive supply chain orchestration and insights.
