We are hiring a Principal Product Manager in this exciting product portfolio. This position requires a talented, open-minded person who can focus on internal and external day-to-day activities and act as a thought leader to help drive product strategy forward. This individual will lead Process Discovery, Process Mining and RPA product portfolio for the Automation Platform. This individual will help gather requirements, use cases, develop and orchestrate product messaging/positioning.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in Robotic Process applications / Process Discovery / Process Mining / Task Mining and have led developer authoring tools in the past. You have to be passionate about automating any business processes, developer productivity, take pride in your work, and most importantly, believe in a design-centric product experience.

Technical depth and hands-on experience in Low-code application platforms Integration technologies are strongly desired as this role will demand direct interaction with a talented engineering team and customers/ prospects/ partners, moving this product forward. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, security, user interface, agile development technologies is a great plus.

It would help if you also had a comprehensive understanding of the Intelligent Automation competitive landscape and market business value. We're looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to own a product that millions of developers will use.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in technology product management
  • Strong background in RPA / Process Mining / Process Discovery/ Process Intelligence / Task Mining tooling
  • Proven track record of successful software product delivery
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud computing with practical and profound hands-on experience in LCAP (Low code application platform)
  • Strong knowledge of integrating or automating with complex enterprise applications and integration frameworks/interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a geographically distributed team

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
