Come join our Futures team as a Principal Product Manager. Intuit has a unique opportunity to lead the industry in solving the most painful financial problems small business owners and consumers face. Our Futures team incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, capabilities and products that have the potential to be transformative to businesses and customers.

We're currently looking for a Technical Principal Product Manager to join our intrapreneurial team. In this role, you will have end to end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences for Intuit's flagship products through cutting edge technologies such as Advanced AI, Crypto, Blockchain, and CUI. It's a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplined team of designers, engineers, data scientists, researchers and analysts incubating new trajectory changing experiences for Intuit.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years designing and delivering world-class technology products or services in a Product Management role, 4+ years of which in Product Management at a technology company, ideally working on new or emerging technologies for products with ML/AI at their core.
  • Track record of defining and building capabilities from concept to impact.
  • Skills with emerging fields like natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or automated reasoning.
  • Strong business and technical aptitude for understanding when and where to leverage new technologies to innovate existing products
  • Proven ability to capitalizing on learnings as they come up while keeping true to a larger vision
  • Obsession with solving hard customer problems through deep understanding of customer needs, market landscape and emerging technologies
  • Hypothesis driven and analytical skills including knowing when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial; and exercising strong judgement when balancing risks and while making trade-off decisions
  • Ability to manage a high degree of difficulty and instill rigor in the analysis, modelling, and unblocking teams on company-wide dependencies. These dependencies include integrating with existing services, support convergence with future architecture and infrastructure, and building scalable solutions that extend across the company.
  • Understand the larger business context and overall strategic goals of the organization and participate in driving strategy for the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels and influence strategic decision making
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, mathematics or other related scientific or engineering fields (equivalent professional experience will be considered)



How you will lead

  • Lead the strategic vision for one or more emerging technology capabilities. Define and drive high level logically sequenced roadmap and detailed execution plans to capitalize on the possibilities of new technologies.
  • Collaborate and work across organizational groups to understand their priorities and identify where to accelerate their innovation for business impact.
  • Work closely with Intuit product, data science, architect and technology teams to develop secure and scalable capabilities to power new generation experiences.
  • Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the team's ability to deliver.
  • Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points, gather insights and collect requirements
  • From capability's inception to delivery, take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success
  • Evangelize emerging technology capabilities throughout the company and across varying levels of organization.
