Product at Elemy

The Product team at Elemy is at the forefront of Elemy’s product-led growth. With leadership from some of the best product-led companies across the globe (Google, Amazon, Shopify, AirBnB), this team is responsible for building products that will help families and children get access to world-class behavioral healthcare that delivers life changing outcomes. 

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own all aspects of our family-facing product. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you’ll regularly interact with Elemy’s executive leadership team and work hand-in-hand with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Clinical and Business Development. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Define product vision and strategy for our family facing suite of products
  • Own the product roadmap and execution for our products that help families sign-up, onboard, match with a clinician and receive ongoing pediatric behavioral healthcare
  • Lead a world-class team of product designers, engineers, operators to build and ship products you can be proud of

What You’ll Bring:

  • Passionate about building products that make the world a better place
  • 5+ years product management experience 
  • Comfort breaking down complex problems into simple solutions and making data-driven decisions
  • Track record of owning a complex area of a business, defining a 12-18 month product vision and strategy, and consistently delivering on OKRs
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and candor and build peer like relationships with senior executives
  • Comfort reconciling competing priorities to drive consensus and articulating rationale behind key decisions 

Bonus, not required

  • Experience with pediatric behavioral healthcare
  • Experience launching 0 to 1 products
  • Product experience at early stage startups
