Job Description

• Own the Cloud Sandbox product end-to-end and all associated features and functions 
• Develop and drive product roadmap and prioritizations for new features and capabilities
• Work with ThreatLabZ to stay ahead of emerging threats and deliver protection at scale
• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support and field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
• Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content
• A passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role

Qualifications

• Strong experience in endpoint detection, network detection, SOC operations, malware analysis, incident response, or sandboxing
• Deep understanding of malware, adversary behavior, and the threat landscape
• Extensive knowledge of security operations workflows and integration challenges
• Comfortable dealing with customer facing interactions such as escalations, introductory presentations, and roadmaps
• Team focused with the ability to lead and support cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives
